1. Seek the Lord instead of good things, and you will receive good things.

Psalm 34:10 – The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the LORD shall not want any good thing.

Matthew 6:33 – But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Seek the presence of the Lord, by faith, instead of seeking more clarity, direction, or things.

    – In the presence of God is fullness joy and His right hand are pleasures forever more.

    – Where the spirit of the Lord is there is liberty/ freedom.
  2. It is possible to be busy on the outside i.e. doing things, but at rest on the inside, through faith.
  3. Increase self-control and discipline by being aware of your ability to separate the Stimulus from your Response. Negative stimulus usually causes a response in you that is negative, such as tiredness, headache causing you to slow down and stop, or disappointing result, failure, setbacks, challenges, difficulty causes retreat, withdrawal, surrender, or to give up. However, if you notice the stimulus and realise you can choose a positive or different response, then you can respond to the tiredness, headache with perseverance, tenacity, determination, focus; or respond to the disappointing result, failure, setback, challenge, or difficulty with positive attitude, appreciating lessons learned from the experience, making the most of the current opportunities, renewing vision, adjusting course, pivoting, relaunching with vigour, increasing focus.
